School Sucks
All I want to do is build a fucking house, have a vegetable garden, a couple cows, maybe a goat, and just fabricate sweet stuff. Warm weather, good food, while working on fun, interesting projects. Feeling very frustrated. Probably because I'm terrified of my schedule next year. Just want to work on my machining projects and become an ill fabricator. So that was my little rant, overwhelmed, needing summer so I can get revitalized. Hope everyone is doing well. Peace

Ya. Im just taking some really hard classes next year and its intimidating me. So I want to run scared. I'm also frustrated because a lot of my time is taken up by difficult academics (sciences, like the shit next year) and its preventing me from working in the shop. So my balance is thrown off. trying to fix that next semester. OVERWHELMED. fuck frats. are you gonna live in the house next year?

ReplyDeleteI'm with that sentiment. I have so much work right now and am having to plan out my schedule for next semester as well, which might be more difficult. I just want to do my art man, just write and make music and play shows. I'm having a blast right now though at school, no lie. Wesleyan is the bomb in the spring. It's all good though...yall just gotta make it til Saturday.

ReplyDeleteSounds like every ones got a small case of the mondays.I am with all of you school sucks. Not my school itself but the work load. I have no idea why i'm going to be a science major, chemistry is by far the worst thing in the world. Ill live verything else is going well. Im playing IM basketball on my frats team and we won our third game today. so not too many complaints except im in fucking Ohio and i wont be able to make it to the most amazing show ever. oh well life will go on. I love you all.

I just changed my schedule so it a bit more realistic. And chemistry is dope. though i guess it depends on hows its being applied. in relation to biology it could be painful. i like it cause it relates a materials chemical characteristics to its physical properties and helps explain environmental processes. are you studying general chem right now? you are probably at a higher level at this point, right? does it specifically relate to your interests yet? when its relevant its interesting. good to hear you havent been hazed to death or anything. yet....

ReplyDeleteHaha thanks Jake it wasnt too bad. Chemistry can be sweet im still in gen chem and my professor is just crazy. he talks extremely fast and gives us insane amounts of info because hes too smart for his own good. This semester was a lot of math and ridiculous electrochemistry and reaction bullshit. now were getting into transition metals and all the stuff about the earth, how the metals are obtained and cool more relevant shit. i just need his tests to be a little easier, i got a 44 on the last one and it was a D not even failing. And no i wasnt hazed to death but drank a lot last week. i dont know if you guys have derby days at your school but its a week long party that all Sigma Chis have. Too much alcohol, to sum it up quick.
